CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the full cost of the service will be charged. Thank you for respecting my time and business policies. LATE FEE: There is a 15 minute grace period for all clients. If you arrive past the 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and the remaining balance will be charged. If you arrive within the 15 minute window, your appointment will be shortened to end at the scheduled time. Please be mindful that arriving late affects not only your service, but also the schedule and experience of other clients. Your punctuality is appreciated! GUEST POLICY: To maintain a calm, focused environment and out of respect for the other service providers in our shared space, no extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment. Please arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. This helps ensure that every client receives the full attention and relaxing experience they deserve.
